How do I choose the right volume for my Firewire surfboard?

We recommend using our online Volume Calculator which takes into account your weight, fitness level, and the typical wave conditions you surf to find your ideal literage.

What is the difference between Linear Flex Technology (LFT) and Helium construction?

LFT uses a composite aerospace stringer for a traditional feel with modern pop, while Helium is our lightest construction, offering incredible flex memory and durability using high-density parabolic rails.

How long does shipping take for a new board?

Stock boards typically ship within 2-4 business days. Depending on your location, delivery usually takes between 5 to 10 business days via our specialized surfboard freight partners.

Do you offer a warranty on your surfboards?

Yes, we offer a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Please note that this does not cover impact damage, snapping, or heat-related damage caused by improper storage.

What is your return policy?

Unused boards in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply.

Are Firewire surfboards eco-friendly?

Sustainability is core to our mission. We are the first global surfboard manufacturer to qualify for the ECOBOARD Project Gold Level by using bio-resins and sustainably sourced cores.
