At Firewire Surfboards, we stand by the performance of our technology; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused gear within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Shipment

  Carefully pack your unused items in their original packaging, ensuring surfboards are double-padded to prevent structural damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear for signs of use or damage, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
